PRINTING IN DATASTREAM

There are two standard printing options in Datastream. One is for printing only one page at a time. The other allows you to print multiple pages of continuous data. Both of these options are available within the FILE menu item from any Datastream program window.

To Print a Single Datastream Screen:
  • From the FILE menu, select the PRINT WINDOW item.

  • The screen currently being displayed will be printed.
To Print Multiple Pages of Continous Data:

The continuous printing option will not print the page that is on the screen at the moment you select the option to print continously. You must turn on the option for continuous printing before any of the data you want is displayed to the screen. For this reason, complete your search and view the data of interest. When you have determined what you want to print, restart the same search program. When you have entered your parameters, but before you press enter:
  • Select the START PRINTING item from the FILE menu at the top left of your Datasream window. After you have done this, everything that is displayed on the screen will also be printed.

  • Allow your data to be displayed to the screen and scroll through your data, page by page, by pressing enter.

  • When you have reached the end of your search or you wish to discontinue printing, select the STOP PRINTING item from the FILE menu.
