Netscape and Internet Explorer

Transferring Bookmarks in Netscape to Internet Explorer
Your bookmarks
in Netscape are usually stored in the following directory: c:\program
files\netscape\users\your_netid\. Your bookmarks are in a file called
bookmark.htm. To import them into Internet Explorer use the following steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to File and click on Import and Export...
- An Import/Export wizard will appear. Click Next.
- Highlight Import Favorites and click Next.
- Choose Import from a File or Address and use the Browse button to navigate
to c:\program files\netscape\users\you_netid\ and select bookmark.htm. Click
next.
- Select the folder where you want the imported favorites to be placed and
click next.
- Then click Finished and that will complete the import.
