The Microforms Service, located on C floor (C-7-E) of the Firestone Library, houses microformat materials of interest to researchers in the humanities and social sciences. The microform collection parallels Princeton’s general holdings of print materials and consists of monographs, newspapers, manuscripts, government publications, and other types of source material, both retrospective and current, in many languages, and from most parts of the world. The room is staffed all hours it is open, so there is always someone to assist with finding materials and using equipment. Machines are available for reading, printing, or scanning items in the collection. There is no charge for self-service reproduction of materials.
